Classic Potato Salad
Ingredients
6 potatoes
3 boiled eggs, diced
¼ white or yellow onion, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon celery salt
¼ cup dill pickle relish
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes.
Place the potatoes into a large pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork tender.
While the potatoes are cooking, combine the diced eggs, onion, mayonnaise, celery salt, and dill pickle relish in a large bowl.
Drain the cooked potatoes and allow them to cool slightly.
Add the potatoes to the mayonnaise mixture and gently stir until combined.
Cover and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours before serving.
Serving Size
Serves 6–8
Cozy Tip
For extra flavor, sprinkle a little paprika on top before serving and chill overnight for the best texture and taste.
